Freedom From Chronic Relapse

This six-session series offers a thoughtful and meditative approach for those seeking freedom from chronic relapse. Featuring insights from members who once felt stuck in chronic relapse but now have over a year of SA sobriety, each session combines reflective visuals, personal experiences, and guided handouts. While not intended as entertainment, the series provides tools to help viewers understand their patterns, rediscover hope, and take meaningful steps toward lasting recovery.
Instructions

1. WATCH
Simply watch one video each day for six days. Be sure to be in a quiet place so you can focus.

Download the Reflection Questions that go with that video.

3. THINK
Spend at least 30 minutes each day, thinking about those questions and your answers to them.

4. WRITE
Journal your answers. You can share with a friend, a sponsor, or not.
